I’m Teko – a South African traveller and experience-lover who fell in love with Portugal (Afronation may have had something to do with it!). After moving here in 2024 and exploring the golden beaches of the Algarve to the wine rich Douro Valley, I’ve uncovered a side of Portugal most tourists never see – charming towns, hidden gems, and unforgettable experiences. I’ve planned trips for friends, hosted visitors, and perfected itineraries that blend culture, food, history, and nightlife.
